A significant number of national and provincial assembly seats in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Hazara belt might be up for grabs by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI). But despite the attempt by the PTI to present itself as a party of change, much indicates that PTI tickets just might bring the same old people to power.
