“Her Head Was Ripped Apart” | Voices from North Waziristan

Nor Niaza was trapped in the bombardments in her home village of Hormuz close to Mir Ali in North Waziristan. She could not escape the bombardments because her husband is paralyzed and bedridden, and her son is mentally ill.
Note: Nor Niaza claims that a drone attack took place in her home village of Hormuz in Mir Ali. However, Tanqeed has been unable to verify that a drone took place, though press releases from Inter Services Public Relations speak of aerial bombardments carried out in the area by the Pakistan Army.

Voices from North Waziristan is a video series on Tanqeed which brings interviews of those affected by Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
